Hi, my name is Janelle Guiney.

I am in the class of 2028 at Bend Senior High School holding a 3.5 GPA. I play High School Ball for Bend High where I am a pitcher and first baseman, I play these positions on the NW Vandals team as well.

I first started playing softball when I was 6, well at that time it was t-ball. I played little league for fun until 2023, when my Bend North softball team made it to the Little League World Series in Greenville, NC.       

Softball has always been important to me. I strive to be a better player, teammate, and person. I love sharing my love for the sport with younger girls, helping them be better pitchers and players overall. As I continue my softball career my hope is to go D1 and play at a collegiate level. After that my dream is to be a sports analyst and softball coach.    

When I’m not on the field I hangout with friends, read, hike, go to school, and spend time with family. Something that’s really important to me is my faith in God. My faith in him is what pushes me to do my best.
